Portal: Still Alive came to Xbox Live today, but it's a bit heavier than expected, reports Joystiq. Despite being found under the "Arcade" tab, the game surpasses Microsoft's supposed 350MB size limit on Arcade games by nearly double, coming in at a whopping 629MB.
After Microsoft reportedly turned down the original surprise hit Portal for Xbox Live Arcade due to download limitations, it's likely they were willing to bend their own rules a little this time. Curiously, the game isn't coming to the PlayStation Network, despite Sony generally being more flexible with sizes for downloadable games.
Unfortunately, this effectively cuts out Arcade users from playing the game. Still Alive is the original Portal, with 14 extra challenge maps and six advanced maps. For those of you with the space to spare, it costs 1200 Microsoft Points ($15 USD).
